Payments & Refunds
Pricing, payment methods, and refund eligibility.
1. Pricing & Billing
You pay in advance based on your selected plan (monthly or annual). Listed prices in VND on the Pricing page are final and include all taxes and fees with no hidden costs.
2. Payment Methods
Pay via bank transfer with the exact amount and payment reference shown on the invoice. Orders are processed during working hours, usually within 30 minutes after payment is received.
3. Refund Policy
- •Within the first 7 days of your first purchase: 100% refund if you have used less than 10% of the plan's quota.
- •After 7 days: No refunds for the current billing cycle, but you can cancel renewal to prevent future charges.
- •If a fault on our end renders the service unavailable for more than 48 consecutive hours: We will compensate with equivalent extra time or issue a prorated refund for remaining days, at your choice.
4. Canceling Renewal
Since payments are made per billing cycle without recurring auto-debits, simply refrain from paying for the next cycle to stop—your account will revert to the Free plan, and your data will be retained.
5. Contact Us
Submit refund requests via the Contact page along with your invoice ID. We will respond within 3 business days.
